When you buy a product from Central Casting, you can be assured that you are getting the best cast pewter product that money can buy. The production of quality cast-pewter products requires attention to detail at every stage of production.

Step One: Graphics

Our graphics house has created hundreds of layouts for pewter castings and understands the intricacies of the process.

Step Two: Produce a Die

A Tool & Die maker produces the die that we use for making the mold. Our die maker produces dies using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) techniques that produce dies with exceptional detail.

Step Three: Make a Mold

Central Casting makes our molds in-house. Our workmanship in this critical step is excellent and we use only the best materials. The last casting out of the mold is virtually identical to the first.

Step Four: Cast the Pewter

We pour only virgin metal for its better flow qualities. Using the best metal ensures no color variances and avoids pinholes and other tiny flaws in the final product.
